Comprare la sfoglia già pronta, un kl di spinaci, mezzo kl di funghi besciamella formaggio parmigiano 2 uova sale,cannella aglio noce moscata.
Lessare in acqua gli spinaci, cuocere i funghi con poco olio,aglio. Fare la besciamella.
Saltare gli spinaci ben spremuti dall’acqua in padella con olio ed aglio,quando sono cotti versare i funghi negli spinaci e mescolare, aggiungendo un uovo.. tirare la pasta sfoglia e versare l’impasto ottenuto, spolverare il parmigiano con un po di cannella e noce moscata riempire di besciamella,
rotolare la sfoglia chiudendo bene il ripieno,bagnare con rosso d’uovo la pasta,ed infornare a temperatura di 180 gradi per 20 o 30 minuti,ed il rotolo è pronto.Buon appetito.

I hope you guys had a great time in Tahoe! I just ordered my WK Pacs.
