This just made me happy. It was yogurt, but the cucumber gave it some texture (I love texture) and the spice pack gave it a slight kick, which then mellowed out. Like I said, fun.

You should definitely use a non-stick pan for this. My first time cooking this I didn't use one, and had some trouble. The second time, with a non-stick pan, the peas and potatoes browned very nicely.

I got my wish, and cooked it with paneer. The flavor changed slightly, with a hint of paneer-cheese aftertaste and a little bit more spinach. We used red onions this time, instead of yellow, which I think allowed the spinach flavor to come out. Sti…

Definitely a Garbanzo beans fan, so this dish was right up my alley. The garbanzo beans provided a perfect texture to go with the spices. I could eat this for every meal, every day.
